member's personal financial information.
Information
We Collect:
We
collect nonpublic information about members from some or all of the following
sources:

Information we
receive from applications or other forms, such as name, address, social
security number, assets and income.

Information about
transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as account balance,
payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage.

Information we
received from consumer reporting agencies, such as creditworthiness and credit
history.
Information We Disclose:
The
credit union does not disclose to "Non Affiliated Third Parties",
except as permitted by law. This may include information necessary to offer
member services such as check printing, data processing, or marketing of the
credit union products and services. To protect our member's privacy, we only
work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections
and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these companies
to sell member information. On occasion, we may offer products and services we
feel would be of benefit to the membership, however a delivery of such offers
is under the control of the credit union.
Our
Security Measures:
We restrict access to nonpublic information about our
members to those employees who need to know certain information to provide
products or services to them. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard that information.
In the
event, membership in the credit union is terminated we will not share
information that we have collected about the member, except as permitted or
required by law.
