Information We Collect:

We collect nonpublic information about members from some or all of the following sources:

Information we receive from applications or other forms, such as name, address, social security number, assets and income.

Information about transactions with us, our affiliates, or others such as account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage.

Information we received from consumer reporting agencies, such as creditworthiness and credit history.

Information We Disclose:

The credit union does not disclose to "Non Affiliated Third Parties", except as permitted by law. This may include information necessary to offer member services such as check printing, data processing, or marketing of the credit union products and services. To protect our member's privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these companies to sell member information. Our Security Measures:

We restrict access to nonpublic information about our members to those employees who need to know certain information to provide products or services to them. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard that information.

In the event, membership in the credit union is terminated we will not share information that we have collected about the member, except as permitted or required by law.
