Online Banking and Service Outages
Unfortunately, we continue to experience an unprecedented loss of online and some electronic banking services due to a major power outage in Texas and the Midwest. This is the 4th day of the outage and we understand this is not the level of service you expect from us. While there are backup sites for most of our services, some of those sites are also impacted by the severe weather. From closed roads to an inability to get fuel deliveries for generators, the weather is challenging even the best service provider backup plans.
In addition to online banking, there have also been issues of ATMs being offline, limiting the amount you can withdraw and debit card transactions being declined due to down internet lines. Phone services can also be impacted throughout the day.
We are working with our service providers to restore services as soon as possible.
