WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

First-time login: Be sure to use the link in the upper right of our website and not a link you have saved on your computer. New users or previous users who have not logged in since November, 2021 will need to register for access.

Mobile App: You will need to download a new Apple or Android application. Visit this page for links to the Apps. For iPhones, iOS 13 or above will be required. For Android phones, version 8.0 or higher will be required. You may need to update your operating system before you can load the App.

Features: Our mobile app will have nearly all of the features of our website application. You no longer be required to use the website to authorize a new device or add new payees.

Make sure we have your current email address and phone number on file. Our security features require that we send you an access code by email, phone or text whenever you access from a new device or location

If you have trouble or need assistance, you can call us at (559) 582-4438 and we will walk you through it. Press Option 5 for 24/7 assistance with online/mobile banking login.

There is no monthly service charge for Online Banking, but some services do incur a fee. Please see our fee schedule for more details. Due to the high cost of providing this service, online banking may be disabled 90-days after the service is established if not used.
