Emergency Financial Relief Programs

If you or your family are experiencing financial difficulties related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Kings Federal Credit Union has tools available to help.  As a member-owned credit union, we are built to support our members and the communities we serve. We are in a unique position to help, so we believe we have a responsibility to do just that. It’s simply who Kings Federal is.

What is most important, is that you stay in contact with us throughout this difficult period. We will do all we can to help you navigate your options.  You can always reach out to us by the following methods:

All of the documents you need are available through this page or can be sent to you by email.  You can print the forms and fill them out, or fill them on on your computer and then print and sign them.  You can then return documents to us in several ways.

  3. Drop them off in our Night Deposit
  4. Drop them off at our Drive-Up window

Payment Relief or Loan Modification

For members requiring payment relief or need a permanent loan modification, the credit union may be able to help.  We appreciate your desire to maintain a positive working relationship with Kings Federal Credit Union during this difficult time and we look forward to achieving an arrangement that will benefit us both.

Certificates and Fees

Our team is empowered to take action to help our members affected by the health crisis. If you have funds in a certificate that you need immediate access to or have unexpectedly incurred an NSF or Overdraft fee,  call us at 559-582-4438 and we will work with you to provide a resolution.

Protect Yourself From Scams

In times of concern, it pays to be on the lookout for scams exploiting uncertainty. Please remember that we will never call and ask for your card number, passwords or PIN numbers. If you receive a call asking for this information, do not provide them and hang up. We’re here to help you so if you suspect you have been the victim of fraud, please contact us immediately at 559-582-4438.  The Federal Trade Commission also has resources available on fraudulent activity being observed due to the coronavirus.
